Jupiter Bioscience Ltd has informed that 13,00,000 equity shares of the Company have been pledged by the Promoter Group as collateral security in favour of Nationalised Banks providing financial assistance to the company.
The Company has further clarified that no Equity Shares of the Company have been pledged by the Promoter Group to secure loan for their own use.
