GMR Infrastructure Ltd has informed that GMR Holdings Pvt. Ltd (GHPL), promoter and holding Company of GMR Infrastructure Ltd (the Company) has purchased 1,25,000 on February 10, 2009; 4,05,000 on February 11, 2009 and 1,00,000 on February 12, 2009 Equity Shares of Rs 2/- each [Total: 6,30,000] through open market purchase in normal segment on the Stock Exchanges. Consequent to the aforesaid acquisition of 6,30,000 Equity Shares, GHPL now holds 135,08,98,710 (74.198%)Equity Shares of Rs 2/- each of the Company.
