AXIS Bank Ltd has informed that the Committee of Directors of the Bank on February 21, 2009 has made the allotment of 5,960 equity shares of Rs 10/- each to the employees of the Bank, under ESOP.
The paid up share capital of the Bank will accordingly get increased to 35,89,95,449 equity shares from 35,89,89,489 equity shares.
