Wipro Ltd has informed that Administrative Committee of the Companys Board of Directors vide their resolution dated February 23, 2009, resolved to issue and allot 49324 equity shares of Rs 2/- each pursuant to exercise of the stock options by the eligible employees under Restricted Stock Unit Plan 2004 and Restricted Stock Unit Plan 2005.
