With the aforesaid acquisition of 1000 shares, the holding of Khatri Investments Pvt. Ltd. has increased to 4,27,611 shares resulting into 2.93% of the paid up share capital of the Company and accordingly, Promoters holding has increased to 1,04,43,741 shares resulting into 71.52% of the paid up share capital of the Company.
