Emkay Global Financial Services Ltd has informed that the Remuneration / Compensation Committee of the Board, at its meeting held on February 21, 2009, has allotted 12,500 equity shares of Rs 10/- each to the eligible employees.
Therefore, the Issued and Paid-up Equity Shares Capital of the Company has increased to
2,42,78,520 shares.
