Garware Marine Industries Ltd has informed that the Shares / Warrants Allotment
Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company on February 25, 2009 has allotted 5,39,500 Equity Shares upon conversion of Warrants, to Promoters and Non-Promoters.
Consequent to the above allotment, the Paid up Share Capital of the Company stands at 54,85,684 Equity Shares of Rs 10/- each aggregating to Rs 5,48,56,840/-.
