ACC Ltd has informed that pursuant to the Resolutions passed by Circular dated March 25, 2009 by the Shareholders / Investors Grievance Committee of the Board, 700 shares were allotted against exercise of Employee Stock Options under the ESOS Scheme as under:
- ESOS 2004 : 700 shares
Consequently, the paid up Share Capital of the Company has increased from 18,76,84,068 shares to 18,76,84,768 shares of Rs 10/- face value, as of date.
