Span Diagnostics Allotted 1,57,500 Equity Shares Of Rs 10 Each - March 26, 2009

Span Diagnostics Ltd has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 25, 2009, inter alia, had made allotment of 1,57,500 Equity Shares of Rs 10/- each at a premium of Rs 40.60 per share fully paid up, by converting Convertible Share Warrants already issued to promoters on preferential basis. This is in pursuant to approval of the Shareholders in Extra Ordinary General Meeting held on February 28, 2009 and in-principle approval dated February 13, 2009 of Stock Exchange for issue of Convertible Share Warrants.

The Companys share capital now stands increased from Rs 3,15,00,000 to Rs 3,30,75,000.
