Anjani Fabrics Ltd has informed that the Company have allotted 32,50,000 Equity shares on March 14, 2009 at price of Rs 12.75 Per share (Face value of Rs 10/- + Premium of Rs 2.75) on Preferential Basis to the allottees as approved by the Members at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting Held on March 03, 2009.
