GTL Infrastructure Ltd has informed that the Committee of the Board at its meeting held on March 13, 2009, has considered and approved the allotment of 15,00,000 Equity Shares to Global Holding Corporation Pvt. Ltd, consequent to conversion of warrants issued on preferential basis, as per the terms of Issue.
