Control Print Ltd has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 21, 2009, inter alia, has made allotment of 2,60,000 (Two lacs Sixty Thousand only) Equity shares of Rs 10/- each at a premium of Rs 18.84 per shares aggregating Rs 74,98,400/- fully paid up, as per the SEBI guidelines to the Promoters of the Company as under on preferential basis for which Company has received in-principle approval.
