ITC Ltd has informed that the Company on March 19, 2009 has issued and allotted 3,84,830 Ordinary Shares of Re 1/- each, upon exercise of 38,483 Options by Optionees under the Companys Employee Stock Option Schemes.
Consequently, with effect from March 19, 2009, the Issued and Subscribed Share Capital of the Company stands increased to Rs 377,43,99,560/- divided into 377,43,99,560 Ordinary Shares of Re 1/- each.
