Lupin Ltd has informed that the Allotment Committee of Directors at its meeting held on March 24, 2009 has allotted 1750 fully paid up equity shares of Rs 10/- each. These shares have been allotted upon exercising of options granted to the employees under the Stock Option Plans of the Company.
In view of the above, the issued and paid up capital of the Company increased to Rs 828,195,500 consisting 82,819,550 equity shares of Rs 10/- each.
