Wipro Ltd has informed that :
1. Administrative Committee of Companys Board of Directors vide their Circular resolution dated March 23, 2009 resolved to issue and allot 30820 equity shares of Rs 2/- each pursuant to exercise of the stock options by the eligible employees under Restricted Stock Unit Plan 2004 and Restricted Stack Unit Plan 2005.
2. Administrative Committee of Companys Board of Directors vide their Board Meeting resolution dated March 23, 2009 allotted 14555 equity shares of par value of Rs 2/- to J P Morgan Chase Bank, the Companys depository as underlying shares in respect of ADRs to be issued and allocated to the purchasers, pursuant to the exercise of the stock options granted to the employees under the Companys ADS Restricted Stock Unit Plan-2004.
