Housing Development Finance Corporation Ltd (HDFC) has informed that the Corporation, on March 24, 2009, allotted 662 equity shares of Rs 10 each pursuant to exercise of stock options by employees.
Post the above allotment, the paid-up equity share capital of the Corporation would stand at Rs 284,45,39,100 consisting of 28,44,53,910 equity shares of Rs 10 each.
