Glodyne Technoserve Ltd has informed that the ESOS Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 19, 2009, has approved the allotment of 6,238 Equity shares of the face value of Rs 10/- each to the employees under the Companys Employee Stock Option Scheme 2006.
