ITC Ltd has informed that the Company on March 09, 2009 has issued and allotted 9,62,060 Ordinary Shares of Re 1/- each, upon exercise of 96,206 Options by Optionees under the Companys Employee Stock Option Schemes.
Consequently, with effect from March 09, 2009, the Issued and Subscribed Share Capital of the Company stands increased to Rs 377,40,14,730/- divided into 377,40,14,730 Ordinary Shares of Re 1/- each.
