Aftek - Allotment Of Shares Under ESOS

Aftek Ltd has informed that the Company on February 20, 2008 has allotted 4533 numbers of equity shares of Rs 02/- each to employees on exercise of stock options granted under the Aftek Employee Stock Option Scheme 2004 (ESOS). After the said conversion, the paid up share capital of the Company stands increased from Rs 186961958/- to Rs 186971024/-.
