Sturdy Industries To Issue Of Equity Shares - July 31, 2009

The board of Sturdy Industries has considered about issuing equity shares through employees stock option scheme (ESOS) and considered raising of funds from domestic market through issue of securities to qualified institutional buyers.

The board has also considered the sub division of equity share of Rs 10 each into equity share of Rs 2 each and also considered routes available for raising of funds through issue of securities (ADR / GDR) in the international market for funding the expansion plans of the company viz. setting up of Gas based Power Project of 200 MW capacity, Hydro Power Project, Projects for Drip Irrigation Systems and Aluminium conductors.

The board has also considered convening of extra-ordinary general meeting on 28 August 2009. This was decided at the board meeting held on 31 July 2009.

HDFC Bank - Allotment Of Equity Shares Under ESOS - June 03, 2009

HDFC Bank Limited has informed that the Investor Grievance (equity share) Committee of the Bank at its meeting held on June 03, 2009 have approved allotment of 3,15,159 equity shares to the employees of the Bank under the Employees Stock Option Scheme (ESOS).

Religare Enterprises Allotment Equity Shares - June 01, 2009

The committee of Religare Enterprises has allotted 15,070 equity shares on exercise of stock options under the Employees Stock Option Scheme 2006 (ESOS) of the company. The paid up equity share capital of the company post allotment is 7,63,34,600 equity shares of Rs 10 each aggregating Rs 76,33,46,000. The board of i-flex Solutions has allotted 2000 equity shares of face value of Rs 5 each to Tarjani Vakil, director of the company on exercise of stock options under ESOS 2002.

Tricom India Allots Equity Shares - Aug 20, 2008

The board of Tricom India has approved the allotment of equity shares against options exercised by eligible employees / directors under ESOS, 2004.

This was approved at the board meeting held on 19 August 2008.

ITC - Allotment Of Shares Under ESOS

ITC Ltd has informed that the Company on March 24, 2008 has issued and allotted 13,30,360 Ordinary Shares of Re 1/- each, upon exercise of 1,33,036 Options by Optionees under the ITC Employee Stock Option Scheme (ESOS).
Consequently, with effect from March 24, 2008, the Issued and Subscribed Share Capital of the Company stands increased to Rs 376,86,10,050/- divided into 376,86,10,050 Ordinary Shares of Re 1/- each.

ACC - Allotment Of Shares Against Exercise Of ESOS

ACC Ltd has informed that pursuant to the Resolutions passed by Circular dated February 28, 2008, by the Shareholders / Investors Grievance Committee of the Board,1,650 shares were allotted against exercise of Employee Stock Options under various ESOS as under:

ITC Ltd has informed that the Company on February 18, 2008 has issued and allotted 6,43,090 Ordinary Shares of Re 1/- each, upon exercise of 64,309 Options by Optionees under the ITC Employee Stock Option Scheme (ESOS).

Consequently, with effect from February 18, 2008, the Issued and Subscribed Share Capital of the Company stands increased to Rs 376,72,79,690/- divided into 376,72,79,690 Ordinary Shares of Re 1/- each.

Housing Development Finance Corporation Ltd (HDFC) has informed that the Corporation on February 07, 2008, has allotted 2,02,963 equity shares of Rs 10 each pursuant to exercise of stock options under its Employees Stock Options Scheme.

Post the above allotment, the paid-up equity share capital of the Corporation would stand at Rs 283,42,39,200 consisting of 28,34,23,920 equity shares of Rs 10 each.

Housing Development Finance Corporation Ltd (HDFC) has informed that the Corporation on January 22, 2008, allotted 8,67,039 equity shares of Rs 10 each, pursuant to conversion of FCCBs by bondholders and exercise of stock options by employees.
