Aksh Optifibre Ltd has informed that the Company has successfully completed the Offering and allotment of USD 5 million Global Depository Receipts (3,267,974 equity shares underlying 1,633,987 GDRs).
Elara Capital Plc of U.K. has been the sole Lead Manager to the GDR Issue of the Company.
