The board of ABL Bio Technologies has approved the allotment of 820,000 GDRs representing the 4,100,000 equity shares of Rs 10/ each at an issue price of US$ 8.15 per GDR amounting to $6,683,000. Each GDR represents 5 equity shares of Rs 10 each.This was approved at the board meeting held on 20 June 2008.
