Liberty Phosphate Has Allotted Equity Shares - Jan 19, 2009

The board of Liberty Phosphate has allotted 27,64,901 equity shares of Rs 10 each at a premium of Rs 8 per share aggregating to Rs 4,97,68,218 to Sumera Raoof Dhanani (5,62,857 equity shares), Sana Yusuf Dhanani (5,92,487 equity shares), Nasreen Yusuf Dhanani (5,43,103 equity shares), Smita Ashwani Malhotra (5,38,165 equity shares) and Ramiz Fazal Mohammed Darvesh (5,28,289 equity shares).

With this allotment, the issued, subscribed and paid up share capital will increase from Rs 6,67,33,000 divided into 66,73,300 equity shares of Rs 10 each to Rs 9,43,82,010 divided into 94,38,201 equity shares of Rs 10 each.

Ashok Organic Industries Has Decided To Issue Shares - Jan 16, 2009

The board of Ashok Organic Industries has decided to issue 14,60,000 equity shares of Rs 10 each at par to Dena Bank on a preferential basis, as a part of compromise settlement entered into with Dena Bank, as per their letter dated 05 January 2009.

Further, the board has decided to convene extra ordinary general meeting on 11 February 2009.

This was decided at the board meeting held on 12 January 2009.
