The board of Ashok Organic Industries has decided to issue 14,60,000 equity shares of Rs 10 each at par to Dena Bank on a preferential basis, as a part of compromise settlement entered into with Dena Bank, as per their letter dated 05 January 2009.
Further, the board has decided to convene extra ordinary general meeting on 11 February 2009.
