GMR Infrastructure Ltd has informed that GMR Holdings Pvt. Ltd (GHPL), promoter and holding Company of GMR Infrastructure Ltd (the Company) has purchased 3,00,900 on March 02, 2009, 4,24,000 on March 04, 2009, 3,15,000 on March 05, 2009 and 5,00,000 on March 06, 2009 Equity Shares of Rs 2/- each (Total : 15,39,900) through open market purchase in normal segment on the Stock Exchanges.
Consequent to the aforesaid acquisition of 15,39,900 Equity Shares, GHPL now holds 135,35,43,929 (74.34%) Equity Shares of Rs 2/- each of the Company.

GMR Infrastructure Ltd has informed that GMR Holdings Pvt. Ltd (GHPL), promoter and holding Company of GMR Infrastructure Ltd (the Company) has purchased 3,05,319 Equity Shares of Rs 2/- each on February 16, 2009 through open market purchase in normal segment on the Stock Exchanges.

Consequent to the aforesaid acquisition of 3,05,319 Equity Shares, GHPL now holds 135,12,04,029 (74.215%) Equity Shares of Rs 2/- each of the Company.

Ltd (GHPL), promoter and holding Company of GMR Infrastructure Ltd (the Company) has purchased 1,25,000 on February 10, 2009; 4,05,000 on February 11, 2009 and 1,00,000 on February 12, 2009 Equity Shares of Rs 2/- each [Total: 6,30,000] through open market purchase in normal segment on the Stock Exchanges. Consequent to the aforesaid acquisition of 6,30,000 Equity Shares, GHPL now holds 135,08,98,710 (74.198%)Equity Shares of Rs 2/- each of the Company.

Consequent to the aforesaid acquisition of 5,65,000 Equity Shares, GHPL now holds 134,99,93,710 (74.1486%)Equity Shares of Rs 2/- each of the Company.
