GMR Infrastructure Ltd has informed that GMR Holdings Pvt Ltd (GHPL), promoter and holding Company of GMR Infrastructure Ltd (the Company) has purchased 5,65,000 Equity Shares of Rs 2/- each on February 04, 2009 through open market purchase in normal segment on the Stock Exchanges. Consequent to the aforesaid acquisition of 5,65,000 Equity Shares, GHPL now holds 134,99,93,710 (74.1486%)Equity Shares of Rs 2/- each of the Company.
