WS Industries India Has Resolved To Issue Equity Shares - Jan 29, 2009

The board of WS Industries India has resolved to issue 3,50,000 non-convertible cumulative redeemable preference shares of Rs 100 each to Vensunar.

This was resolved at the board meeting held on 28 January 2009.

Lupin Has Allotted - Jan 29, 2009

The committee of Lupin has allotted 7823 fully paid up equity shares of Rs 10 each. These shares have been allotted upon exercising of options granted to the employees under the stock option plans of the company.

In view of the above, the issued and paid up capital of the company increased to Rs 828,012,320 consisting 82,801,232 equity shares of Rs 10 each.

These shares were allotted at the committee meeting held on 29 January 2009.

Advanta India Allotted Equity Shares

The committee of Advanta India has allotted 2159 equity shares of Rs 10 each to the eligible employees under Employee Stock Option and Shares Plan - 2006 by circular resolution.
These shares were allotted by the remuneration committee on 27 Janaury 2009.

Thomas Cook India Ltd has informed that the Rights Issue Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 21, 2009 has allotted 5,06,50,699 fully paid-up Equity Shares of Re 1/- each for cash at a price of Rs 35.50 (including a share premium of Rs 34.50) per equity share aggregating to Rs 179,80,99,814.50 against the issue of 5,62,78,554 fully paid-up Equity Shares of Re 1/- each on Rights Basis to the existing shareholders of the Company in the ratio of 35 (Thirty Five) fully paid-up Equity Shares for every 100 (Hundred) fully paid-up Equity Shares held by the existing shareholders on the record date i.e. as on December 27, 2008.
